The refund process can also be managed as a part of or separate from this lockbox solution. Any un-cashed refunds are reported to the unclaimed funds programs in various states.   All governmental and major payers’ checks are electronically deposited directly into client controlled accounts for compliance reasons. All payments are checked for accuracy and completeness to ensure your contracts are performing at the contracted level.

Patients have the option of paying their bill online through our secure online payment portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover card.
