This mixture of software gives us the ability to provide a billing solution to our clients that is exceedingly reliable and exceptionally flexible that delivers excellence results.

EDX
  EDX or Electronic Data Exchange is software Medigistics has developed to interface with hospitals and other entities that provide information to us electronically.

Billing
  We currently use software provided by AMICAS for the billing and accounts receivable management functions. AMICAS (NASDAQ AMCS) is a publicly traded company based in Boston Massachusetts.

Insurance Follow-up
  This is a critically important function in today's managed care environment.

Denial Management
  Denials are a fact of life for today's physicians. However management of those should start when the charge is entered into the system.

Contract Monitoring
  Once a fair contract is negotiated and signed it must be reviewed to make sure the terms are being enforced.
